Have you been working out sincerely and still haven’t made it to your weight goal? That’s probably because you have not been eating right. Did you know that only 30% of your weight will rely on exercising whereas 70% is all diet? And even though it is extremely difficult to find the diet that suits you, it is extremely important to crack it! There’s the sirtfood diet, vegan diet, dunkan diet, keto diet… there is one thing that’s common between all of these. THEY ARE ALL VERY DIFFICULT TO FOLLOW!

We have a few tips for you to stick to your diet. All these tips are the ones that your favourite celebrities swear by. Right from Katrina to Kareena to Sonam, they all couldn’t agree enough!

1.Give in to your cravings every once in a while.

Haven’t we all been guilty of being too hard upon ourselves when on a diet and ultimately quitting because of how exhausting it gets? Well here’s a solution to it- take baby steps. You don’t have to give up on all the tiramisu and cheesecake that you enjoy so much, just really really reduce the amount of times you have it over a month. When you set tinier, achievable goals, they are easier to attain and leave you with a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. Allowing yourself to indulge in a craving (responsibly) can benefit your diet by preventing larger-scale bingeing later.

2. A low-carb diet works wonders.

A low carb diet is the one that consists of foods that have low amounts of carbohydrates and more amounts of fats which ironically make you thin. There is no reason to fear natural fats. While you must reduce your sugars and starchy food items, yo

u should intake more vegetables, natural oild and butter and plant obtained sugar like stevia. When you avoid sugar and starches, your blood sugar stabilizes and the levels of the fat-storing hormone insulin drop. This increases fat burning and makes you feel more satiated, reducing food intake and causing weight loss.

3. Switch to a rainbow colored meal.

Whilst there’s no one particular food or nutrient that gives us everything we need, likewise, not one colour provides all the available nutritional power either. Every colour found in food, whether it’s green, red, purple, blue, yellow, and even white, reveals something nutritionally quite unique. By choosing a variety of colour in the diet, preferably at each meal, we can all be sure of enjoying a rich and varied spectrum of nutrients. Colour also happens to be a very useful indicator (and constant reminder) of the many magical health benefits of fresh plant-based foods. The deep greens, vibrant reds, deep purples, bright oranges & yellows that we see in common and widely available foods provide far more than just “a rainbow” of colourful visual stimulation.

4. Quit that meat and dairy.

Meat is a significant source of calories in the diet, which is why cutting back can be helpful. Processed meats are high in fat, sodium and calories, and are not healthy for weight loss. So switching to a non-meat protein source can potentially result in a large number of calories saved. following a vegan diet, which excludes all animal products, including eggs, dairy and even honey will get you shed more weight than eating eggs and dairy products. Restricting calories and switching to a vegetarian diet has proved to result in the largest weight loss.

It is also important to drink lots of water. Water in itself does not have weight loss properties. However, it contains zero calories, so if you replace your usual drinks which do contain calories, you reduce your daily calorie intake. For some individuals, it has had the effect of suppressing hunger. Drinking water also has a number of other benefits on health. Aim for balance: exercise regularly, eat better and have smaller portions, but be sure to eat until you are satisfied. This is a strategy that will bring you favorable results.
